new?
- All of the merchandise on America Deals is brand new except
where specifically noted. Some merchandise will be labeled as
factory serviced or slightly irregular. All factory serviced merchandise
has been restored to the manufacturers original specifications
and is under warranty from either the manufacturer or the factory
authorized service center. Irregulars are cosmetically imperfect
and the imperfection does not affect the functionality of the

- Can you ship my order outside the United
States?
- Only on orders prepaid via wire transfer. Credit Cards accepted
from Canada - additional shipping charges apply.

- When can I expect to recieve my order from America
Deals?
- Shortly after receiving you credit card charge notification
on-line, you will receive an email acknowledging your order from
America Deals. This email will let you know that your order has
been received and is being processed. We try to ship ALL orders
within 3 business days, so you can expect to receive your package
3 to 7 days after it is shipped.

- How do I know that credit card transactions with
America Deals are safe?
- America Deals has spared no expense in providing the most current
and technologically advanced credit card processing system on
the market today. Upon submission of your order, your credit
card and all other personal information are encrypted using SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This prevents unauthorized parties
ever seeing your credit card information.

- Is everything in stock at America Deals?
- EVERYTHING we sell is in stock at America Deals. The system
we use updates the quantities available as they are sold down
and will mark them as SOLD OUT when the supply is exhausted.
There may be a rare occasion someone else is shopping for the
same item(s) you have in your cart and checks out before you,
depleting our supply before you are able to check out. The shopping
cart system will adjust the amount in your cart to reflect this
incident, and you will not be charged for the item(s) involved.
There also may be a chance that our inventory is discovered to
be damaged at the warehouse after your order was placed. This
may mean we have only a damaged product, and will not be able
to fill your order. On the occasions this happens, we will contact
you via email to inform you of this situation.

- What does "Limited Quantities" mean?
- Simply put, it means that there is a limited amount of merchandise
available to ship. We get great deals because we ARE willing to
take small quantities whereas your average retailer cannot afford
this practice. It also means that if you see something you really
like you should buy it quickly because chances are it will not
be available the next time you shop the site.

sale on America Deals brand new?, America Deals makes no warranties
or representations regarding the merchandise. Any warranty claims
must be made with the manufacturer. All implied warranties including
but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by
America Deals to the extent local laws allow disclaimers. If no
disclaimer is allowed, the implied warranties are limited in time
to 30 days. Local law may not allow limitations of implied warranties,
so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
Except as described above under the topics Can I cancel an
order or return my purchase? America deals total liability
for damages relating to or arising out of the use of the merchandise,
regardless of the type or cause of such damage, will not exceed
the original purchase price paid for the merchandise. In no event
will America Deals be liable for any indirect, special, incidental,
consequential or similar damages (including but not limited to
loss of profits or revenue, inability to use the product or other
associated items, cost of substitute items, and claims by third
parties) resulting from use of the merchandise. Some states may
not allow the exclusion or limitation of any or all of these damages;
therefore the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
Any claim or controversy regarding the merchandise between America
Deals and the purchaser will be determined by binding arbitration
in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
In the event of any court proceedings involving any such claim
or controversy, however, the federal court of the Eastern District
of Missouri and the state courts of Missouri located in St. Louis
County or the City of St. Louis will have exclusive jurisdiction.
America Deals and the purchaser waive any objection based on venue
or forum non conveniens with respect to any action instituted
on such a claim or controversy and agree that any such claim or
controversy will be heard only in these courts. Any such action
will be decided by court trial without a jury. Some states may
not allow the waiver of the right to trial by jury or the limitation
of jurisdiction to particular courts; therefore the foregoing
waiver and limitation may not apply to you.
