Returns and Exchanges
For a 15% restocking fee (plus shipping charges), you may return the
unused item within THIRTY DAYS if you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase. Customers are responsible for any missing parts and/or
accessories and will not be credited for incomplete returns or for items
returned in other than new condition. Apparel must not have been worn
or washed. All products must be returned in their original packaging
and must be in like new condition. Returns due to defect or processing
errors will not incur a restocking fee. There will be no returns accepted
for any non-defective electronic or electrical products.
Return Procedure
For all returns you MUST email info@americadeals.com
for return authorization. Any return without prior authorization will
not be refunded and AmericaDeals.com will not be responsible. For your
protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured parcel post.

This prevents unauthorized parties ever seeing your credit card information.

Shipping
Shortly after your credit card charge notification, you will receive
via email an order acknowledgement from America Deals. This will tell
you that we have received and are processing your order. We ship ALL
order within 3 business days...So you can expect to receive you order
3 to 7 days later. All orders are shipped UPS standard ground service.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are estimated, and the Shopping Cart will calculate
shipping discounts for multiple items.

| Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual UPS or
USPS shipping rates since UPS ground service is not available to those
locations. |
